ELITE GROUP TRAINING CAMP 7/29 TO 8/2
At Inter CT, we have seen a thirst for development and individual learning.
We have seen players thrive on the attention that individual classes can provide and the accountability many require to improve their game.
This camp allows players to work in groups of 8 with our Inter CT Coaches to get hands-on feedback.

Date - 7/29 to 8/2
Time - 8.45 am to 11.45 m
Age group - 2016 to 2010 Boys & Girls
Groups 2016/2015, 2014/2013, & 2012,2011,2010 - Only 8 spots per group (waitlist can be added if groups sell out)
Location - All Saints Catholic School
Last year, this camp sold out fast, as we only have 24 spots on the camp.
Youth Speed Camp 7/29 - 8/2
SportPerformanceU speed camps are designed to help athletes attack the complex task of creating real, translatable in-game speed. We'll break down acceleration, top end speed, and agility into the components technique and force production, giving athletes a real path to feel faster, rather than generic cone and ladder drills.

SHELTON COMMUNITY CAMP 7/29 - 8/2
Open to all soccer players from both from within and outside of the Inter CT FC program. This camp will cater to player ages 3 to 15 years of age and the week long camp will place a focus on all areas of the game based on age group and ability.

Age group - 3 - 15 years old

PREMIER & STREET SOCCER CAMP 8/5 & 8/9
This week we have two different camps, and you can attend both. The first part of the camp is our Premier Camp, which will cover all the important parts of soccer. This camp will help you understand what you need to do to be a top-level premier player.
Then we have the Street Soccer Camp, where we will play multiple tournaments with our players where the game becomes the teacher—giving players the chance to learn by trying new skills they developed in the morning camp. There is a 50% discount if you register for both camps simultaneously.
Camp Information
Date - 8/5 to 8/9
Time - 8.45 am to 10.45 am Premier Camp & 11 am to 1 pm Street Soccer Camp. If you do both camps, players can stay on the field between the 15-minute gap.
Age group - 2016 to 2010 Boys & Girls
Groups - We will place players on the field format for 2024/25. 7v7 group, 9v9 group and 11v11 group.

MILFORD COMMUNITY CAMP 8/5 - 8/9

Skills Camp Sponsored by Nike 8/12 to 8/16
The Nike Skills Camp is back AGAIN! This camp is focused on having daily winners of multiple soccer-based challenges. Our players will take part in competitions and challenges against each other to win Nike-based soccer gear.
During the week, we will give away lots of Nike gear, from water bottles, shin guards, and soccer balls to new Nike soccer cleats! At the end of camp, the winner will meet Coach Tom at Soccer and Rugby to pick out their new cleats.

Get ready for the Fall season with a week of pre-season training with your teams!

Age group - Open to players born between 2010-2017

PRE-SEASON CAMP 8/19 AM & PM CAMPS
This camp marks the start of the 2024/25 season. During this camp, players can spend time with their teammates and coaches before the fall season begins. Players will be able to get 15 hours of coaching during this camp. That would take us four weeks to get that amount of time during the season. We split the camp into morning and evening to allow players to work with their coach in manageable numbers. After the camp is complete, we will play in the Inter CT Jamboree with the other Inter CT locations on 8/24 and 8/25 to get some game time for our players.
