A unique, hands-on training option for prospective & current players. 

These 1-hour clinics take place at Inter CT's new indoor venue in collaboration with SportPerformance U. Our aim is to to provide all players an opportunity to train with Inter CT coaches. They receive deliberate, age appropriate practice in a limited, small group setting — perfect for giving our athletes the attention they deserve. 

 Extra Time enhances soccer skills & techniques our coaches look for in current & prospective Inter CT players. Each session includes clinics on  some or all of the following: ball manipulation & dribbling; shielding & turning; passing; ball control; finishing; and skills for beating an opponent.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things come up, and we want to create an equitable opportunity for current & Waitlisted registrants, and our coaches. 

If you must cancel: Please do so more than 48 hours in advance. Once we receive your cancellation, your spot for the day will be offered to any qualifying, Waitlisted players. If one attends your training spot for that week, you will be credited for your session. Less than 24 hours notice, and we're unable to guarantee any reimbursement.
