Eimear ( pronounced Ee-mur ) Reddin, a recent standout graduate from Averett College who is from Donegal in Ireland has joined the coaching staff at Inter CT.

Eimear will be working throughout the whole club as a sports medic but will be in the coaching group also; with particular attention to coaching the girl's teams.

We hope that with Eimear's appointment, Inter CT will be a leader in player development by providing advice to parent's about their child's physical health. 

Eimear is able to identify potential problems before they turn into injuries, and collaborate with players and parents on what muscles need strengthening to prevent future problems.

Eimear can also give advice on how to help muscle soreness and strains.

Next week, Eimear is providing two one-on-one clinics Monday - Thursday for players wanting physical assessments, mobility training or female-specific soccer training.
