This past week, saw the end of our inaugural USL winter season. Our USL programming was designed to bring together talented players from across all of our branches, provide opportunities to play more at less traditional times of the year and enhance our top tier teams for fall and spring play.

Our 2016 through 2013 age groups competed indoor at Farmington Sports Arena for 8 league games and put in many strong performances, amassing an 80% combined win record overall. Our 2012 and 2011 teams competed in the Massapequa Tournament, with both being crowned champions of their brackets.

Many of these players will join our second season of USL Summer, where we will compete in the North Atlantic Division against strong opposition including: East Meadow SC, Ironbound SC, Long Island Rough Riders & FC Westchester, among others. Our aim is to win the division and make the USL Finals in Tampa, FL.

The level of interest for this coming summer has been very high so far and rosters are almost full. Anyone interested (who missed our recent tryouts) should contact our Girl’s Director, Marc Davis at marc@interctfc.com.
