Inter CT Residential Summer Camp
England 2020 Trip
The Registration "2011 Boys ( Public ) " is not currently available.
Good afternoon everyone, I hope this finds you all well.
You may have seen on our [social media platform] last week that we had some exciting news brewing with regards to player pathway and development.
Well, I am proud to confirm that a press release has just been released today from the National League confirming Inter CT FC as one of the members of the club based National League program.
You can read the press release here
We are very excited to have been invited to participate in the National League with some of our NPL partners and are excited about stepping up to the next level with our club.
We have accepted the invite as it places us in a higher platform than the club has ever participated in and it opens so many opportunities as we look to grow the club and continue our success in placing excellent players in colleges and universities across the country.
We will be following up with more information and what it means for us as a club and how it can elevate our profile and raise our standards. We will also be hosting a [Player Pathway Webinar] next Friday, July 10th at 6 pm to update everyone on what the bright future holds for us.
It is an exciting time for us all.
If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out. Watch this space for more information and please register for next Friday’s webinar.
We had a wonderful response from the 208 people that registered live for our "Inter CT return to play protocols" on Thursday, June 11th.
Having submitted these protocols to the State of Connecticut, we have since been given a Covid-19 Prevention certificate.
We have produced an info-graphic highlighting the responsibilities.
This infographic, along with the waiver and a replay to the webinar can be found on our [RETURN TO PLAY PAGE] on the web site.
The latest INTERview Podcast is now live.
In this Episode, Leon & Marty share their excitement about the news of the go-ahead for return to play.
They re-cap the successful Steven Birnbaum webinar which took place the previous week.
Football for all Charitable trust and Summer Camps introduced.

Dear Inter CT FC families
We hope this finds you safe and well.
We just wanted to connect with you about our return to play process.
There has been quite a bit of confusing information due to state openings, town openings and location openings. We have always been told that June 6th would be the date where we would get more specific information in regards to Connecticut.
With that being said, please bear with us over the weekend as we get updated information and we will be in touch first thing on Monday morning with return to play instructions.
The aim right now is to be back on the field June 22nd and we have been collaborating with other clubs to create a local 6 week game schedule in July and August. We should have that schedule finalized at the end of next week.
We will continue to abide by safety regulations and will provide step by step guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety moving forward.
Inter CT FC
Inter CT FC stands against all forms of racism and violence.
Unity and solidarity are fundamental to our club identity. It’s in our badge.
Did you know? ;
The squares on our badge represent equality as they are identical in size.
The squares on our badge represent diversity as they are multi-colored.
The squares on our badge represent unity because they are bound together - inseparable.
The squares on our badge represent positivity as they are building, growing towards a positive future.
This part of our badge was inspired by a mural in Derry City called “The Peace Mural”. It was created by the Bogside Artists (one of whom is coach Martys brother in law) and depicts the progression from darkness to light and the struggle for civil rights in Northern Ireland during the period known as “The Troubles”.

As you can see, we have even incorporated the squares that we are so proud of into our uniforms & corner flags. Our black uniform has square trim on the sleeves and shorts. The white & gray uniforms incorporate the sash leading to the perception of two squares on the chest.
We have Inter as our name because we are;

We hope that you had a healthy and safe Memorial weekend. It was a surreal weekend for the coaches, some of which have been doing Memorial Day weekend tournaments for the last 13 years.
There have been lots of questions since the weekend regarding our return to play. We have had a rollercoaster ride of emotions as we get new information daily. We are also taking into account that across the country each State has different guidelines and within each state, each town or city has its own reopening plan.
Here is the latest;
We have tentative games planned for the whole club from July 11th / 12th weekend onwards. These will be added to the team schedule.
Although June 20th as a restart date across the state of CT is being touted, Norwalk, (which our fields are in) has a slower approach to reopening the field for team sports.
We anticipate being back on our fields from the start of July, but at this time we are unsure what practices during this time may look like. We are planning for every eventuality with safety being our continued priority.
Once we do start, we will prioritize providing players with seasons worth of training and games. Due to popular demand, additional day camps will be available in a limited number.
We are very grateful to the many parents who have notified us of their intentions to play next year and taken advantage of our no deposit registration for the 2020/21 season which can be found here. https://www.interctfc.com/2021offers
We urge our existing players to notify your coach, Leon ( Leon@interctfc.com ) or Marty (Marty@InterCTFC.com) of your intentions for next year as soon as possible in order for us to know how many new players to invite.
As per our club-wide webinar, we are now looking very strong for the fall season with rosters nearly full and new players registering their interest and sending in video evaluations. With just a few spots left at each age group, we ask that parents share our easy Registered interest form with possible new players or families. https://www.interctfc.com/page/show/5771459-new-players
