Inter CT is glad to have Joel Law join our full time staff for the 2021/22 season.  Joel will gain vital work experience in the field of business management and as part of his College O.P.T. program.

Joel will not only work with our talented 2013 boys group but provide some much needed help behind the scenes in a mutually beneficial capacity. 

"This job with Inter CT will provide some much needed hands on experience in business management whilst also incorporating my favorite sport of soccer" says Joel, regarding his O.P.T. 

An O.P.T. ( Optional Practice Training ) allows graduates an opportunity to develop their skills and build relationships with potential employers while determining their future immigration options.

"Having had to play against Joel's teams in the past,  I know that he will be an asset to Inter CT on the field. I'm looking forward to showing Joel the ropes of the business and also learn important aspects of business management that will help Inter CT in the future" says Managing Director, Leon Othen.

Having coached youth soccer in the UK, Joel joined soccer organization, Youth Elite Soccer in 2016 and came to the U.S and joined Shelton Youth Soccer Organization in a variety of programes from Little Kickers to Premier and High School level soccer. Joel also spent summers coaching and directing camps in the New England region for Youth Elite Soccer.

Joel is the second OPT student to join us, following Eimear Redding's experience in 2019 - 2020 which allowed her to follow up as a graduate assistant at Springfield College.
