Inter CT FC’s girls program has recently made a significant stride by joining the prestigious Development Player League (DPL). The DPL is associated with the Girls Academy League. This is a move generating palpable excitement within the program, as it marks a commitment not only to move the girls competitive structure forward but to be included in a high quality standards-driven league that strives for superior experiences, showcasing and developing young talent, and providing a discovery pathway to collegiate opportunities. Inter CT FC now has a well-established vertical pathway of development that mirrors the boys program. All girls players now have the opportunity to compete not only at the state and regional levels but also on the national stage through the DPL. This strategic alignment aims to elevate the competitive experience for Inter CT FC’s talented young female athletes.
